our today's topic is how to reduce face fat (double chin) friends we all like sculpted face, perfect jaw line as our favourite celebs have . so don't worry here I am with some tips, exercises to help you to make your dream come true .i know these tricks seems silly but it really works .lets start .

I am going to divide this post into two sections first is

 tricks(smart tips).

1.Balloons yes balloons can help you because when you blow it your facial muscles work and it will reduce the excess fat from your face.

2.chewing gum is the another smarter way to get rid of face fat fast .do it daily for 20 min but keeps in your mind gum should be sugar-free no no exercises. chewing gum will also exercise the muscles but sugar is not for you if you are dreaming to loose weight, fat.

3.steam     yes steaming is also helpful in fat burning, you can take the steam bath or put a hot towel on your face but don't put an over hot towel otherwise it will burn your skin.

4.proper sleep get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night.


and now the second section: exercises .
Fish Face:  Suck your cheeks and lips inwards and try to replicate a fish face. Holding that face, attempt to smile. You will feel a burn in your cheeks and jaw. Relax and repeat the exercise.

Roof (upward floor) kissing: it doesn't mean you have to go and kiss your roof it means that stand in a relax position and move your lips around and stretch your neck towards the roof.



 Make "o": make an "0" from your lips and stay in the same position for at least 20 min repeat it.

Roll your neck:  roll your neck and do it 30 to 50 times daily .it will stretch your neck  muscles  and shape your neck and face
