Winter Skin Care At Home : homemade solutions for skin problems during winter .

Hi friends ,
Hope you all are waiting for the chilly  winters .Personally I  like winters so  much , this  season makes me feel fresh and alive. But this is the season when our skin needs more care I think specially ,people who have dry skin winters are not friendly for their skin . During these months, our skin tends to get dry, itchy, and dull due to lack of moisture. I also face the problem of dull complexion in winters that is the one thing which I don’t like about winters . so I decided to share some remedies with you all  , Use them and you will fall in love with your skin all over again..

Drink ...

We tend to drink less water in the winter because we turn to hot drinks like cocoa and tea, but don’t forget that your skin needs hydration from the inside, out. A little warm water with lemon can be very refreshing and hydrating at the same time.

Milk And Almond Face Pack..

Soak two almonds in the raw milk for one night and in the next morning make the paste of soaked almond and the raw milk. Apply this pack on your face and neck put it for 8-10 min and wash it off with lukewarm water.
Almonds are the good source of vitamin E and essential fatty acids Milk is a wonderful moisturizer for the skin. Its acid content and enzymes will exfoliate your skin and make it soft, supple, and glowing, Using this face pack will reduce dryness and make your skin softer.

Curd and honey pack :

Mix 2 tbs of curd with 1 tbs of honey and apply it on your face leave it for 10 -15 min then wash it off.
It cleanses the skin and also lightens blemishes. curd contains lactic acid that has a mild peeling property and helps to clear dry and dull skin in winter. It also soothes the itchiness that accompanies dry skin.

Glycerine, lemon juice pack..

Glycerine is easily available and is used to solve various dry skin problems. It is a natural moisturizer and helps to restore hydration of the skin, making it soft. This is because of its humectant and emollient properties and lemon juice will help in skin whitening.
Mix glycerine lemon juice and rose water in a bottle and apply it all over your body regularly.

 Olive Oil..

Olive this is one of the oldest remedies my grandmother had told me about this . oil is rich in natural antioxidants and vitamins E and K that nourish the skin and treat dryness effectively.

Take some drops of olive oil and massage it on your face gently .doing  it at night will be the bonus point for your skin.

Coconut Oil..

Coconut oil is also very good for our skin. I really like the smell of this oil. Coconut oil makes the skins softer and provides moisture to the skin naturally. It is rich in fatty acids and prevents moisture loss.
Take a small amount of coconut oil and massage on your face.
Apply it at night before going to bed.

Raw milk and turmeric pack :

Milk will help in gently removing dry and flaky skin and making your skin smooth. It also moisturizes your skin and turmeric will help in dull complexion problem.
Mix 2 tbs of raw milk 1 tbs of honey and pinch of turmeric and apply it on your face leave it for 20 min then wash your face with lukewarm water.

Now some of you are thinking why” lukewarm water “ term is mentioned every time … so let me tell you, friends if you wash your face with too hot, hot, chilled, cold water your skin will lose moisture. that’s why I recommend lukewarm water.

And the second thing is why I mentioned most of the remedies to use at night time because when we sleep our skin gets more responsive and remedies will work effectively that time.

### TURMERIC IS VERY GOOD FOR OUR SKIN BUT I RECOMMEND NOT TO USE IT IN DAYTIME ###
THANK YOU …..
