Let's start with our initial question …..

What is argan oil and its origin …
Argan oil is a plant oil produced from the kernels of the argan tree (Argania spinosa L.) that is endemic to Morocco. In Morocco, argan oil is used to dip bread in at breakfast or to drizzle on couscous or pasta.

so this was the information about its origin and its name...

Now coming to the next point …..

its benefits,  dear friends as I mentioned above it’s a miracle oil and it's true I will tell you how it works. argon oil is also known as “liquid gold “ it is light in texture and has the golden color, it is not sticky. argon oil is used in several beauty products, hair care products People throughout the world have taken advantage of the many argan oil benefits to treat skin infections, bug bites, and skin rashes. .. I
argon oil has vitamin A and vitamin E. However, argan oil is also packed with anti-oxidants, Omega-6 fatty acids, and linoleic acid.

Vitamine A.
It is a  powerful antioxidant. plays a critical role in maintaining healthy vision, neurological function, healthy skin, and more. It is also responsible for maintaining healthy clear skin, facilitating cell differentiation, and supporting immune function.
Vitamine E.
The hair and skin benefits of this vitamin also are well known. You can find an endless number of beauty products that have vitamin E as a main ingredient. Vitamin E has antioxidant properties that help repair damaged hair.  encourages healthy hair growth. It also deeply conditions the hair from root to shaft to make it healthier and shinier and even prevents premature graying. vitamin E can help fade scars. it accelerates the healing of damaged skin and prevents scars from becoming permanent.

Omega-6 fatty acids.
it stimulates skin and hair growth, provides and maintains good bone health, helps regulate the metabolism, and helps keep the reproductive system healthy.

Here are some ways that you can use this miracle oil.

Nighttime Moisturizer.

Argan oil absorbs quickly and does not leave an oily residue. After cleansing your skin with an all-natural cleanser, pour a single drop into your palm to warm. Apply in a circular motion to your face and neck.
In the winter months, or in dryer climates, you may need a second drop; but remember to use sparingly. This oil is gentle, and safe to use around your eyes. Apply one drop to your face, using a tapping motion, from the bridge of your nose to your temple, and back again. Then apply a drop beneath your eyes with the same gentle tapping. The vitamin A and vitamin E can help to reduce fine wrinkles and keep this delicate area moisturized.

Anti-Aging Serum.
it can also be used as an anti-aging serum.
antioxidants are excellent for healing irritated or damaged skin. "They make an excellent anti-aging treatment as well, as they prevent oxidative damage from free radicals and UV radiation."

Acne treatment.
Argan oil has been proven to reduce sebum levels in individuals with oily skin! Chemical creams can be expensive, and in the long run, truly do more harm than good. Argan oil’s high linoleic acid content helps to reduce inflammation caused by acne, (not to mention rashes, infections, and bug bites) while helping heal damaged skin cells.

Hydrate the dry skin
Argon oil makes an excellent moisturizer with anti-inflammatory qualities for red, reactive skin.

Exfoliating .
mix 1 tablespoon of brown sugar with a couple of drops of argan oil in your hand. Rub into your face in a circular motion for 2-4 minutes; pay special attention to acne prone areas and areas that are dry. Rinse with warm water, and pat dry.

Argan Oil Hair Treatment.
A popular method for restoring dry, brittle hair is by performing a deep conditioning treatment with argan oil overnight – once every week.
To do this, just warm 5-10 drops on your palms and gently massage into your scalp.
Continue to apply to your hair, all the way down the ends. Then twist your hair and put on a shower cap. The shower cap will help keep your pillowcase oil-free, while also enabling better penetration of the oil into your scalp.
Once you arise in the morning, simply wash your hair as you would any other day.
For those suffering from dandruff, it’s highly recommended to do these overnight treatments twice a week for as many weeks you need (until dandruff disappears).
The reason why argan oil benefits the hair so much is due to the rich amounts of vitamin E it contains. Vitamin E is known to promote healthy hair growth and even hair regrowth!
This is due to the antioxidants found in the oil – which help replenish cells and encourage them to produce quality, healthy hair.

For Hair Growth.
When the moment in life comes where your hair is thinning and you’re beginning to see more and more of your scalp, the denial might at first prevent you from taking action.
There are options, however; using argan oil for hair loss as a remedy is a great way to deliver the nutrients that your hair is starved from.
Argan oil benefits those suffering from hair loss significantly.
While the oil was initially used to treat a variety of different skin diseases, it’s natural properties make it a great natural remedy for dandruff, irritation, and dryness.
On top of promoting healthy replenished hair, argan oil benefits the hair by also making it much thicker and stronger – giving you that healthy look that everyone is looking for.
It is one of many natural hair oils that can help with hair loss by promoting hair growth in both men and women.
It is probably the reason why many beauticians and dermatologists often recommend argan oil as a cosmetic treatment for both hair and skin alike.
It does this by improving your hair and scalp health from the roots, thereby effectively treating the cause of the problem.
Since the skin on our scalps contains hormones, argan oil has also been proven to be effective in helping regulate and balance hormone levels.
On top of this, it also helps improve blood circulation to your scalp. This, in turn, helps your hair follicles get the nutrients required for them to keep growing.
